I had a bryan aide for my husband since June. I call Bryan and was told they had not heard from her. An aide was sent to cover the next day and I was told he would be our new aide.
Michelle is incompetent, rude,ignorant, and uncaring. Those are the nicest words I can use to describe her. She will call and tell you an aid is coming knowing full well she does not have anyone available. The department of health and the office of the aging should revoke their license to operate.
